This site is dedicated to providing relevant information around Breast Cancer, Breast Screening, Technologies used during screening and treatment and articles.

The site was initiated when I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2013.  I’m an ‘information gatherer’ and I wanted to know everything I could as soon as possible, so that I could make informed decisions and not be led by the medical personnel that become involved.  For me, I am able to take information IN without taking it ON.  Let’s face it, Cancer is a scary word and while there are lots of good stories, there are also the not so good ones.  It can be hard to not make someone else’s story become your own.

Cancer is a unique journey for each person.  No two people are likely to have the same diagnosis, prognosis or treatment plan.

This is YOUR life, so I hope that this site provides you the information you need, and gives you the strength, will and determination to grab Cancer by the horns and take control of your journey.
